Designed in close association with the client, this courtyard pool and spa is the perfect family entertainer. The pool area is linked to the home by a complete outdoor room and kitchen, providing a great place to relax and unwind after a hard day at the office.


The property has several level changes which have been used to enhance the overall concept. A feature wall has been designed at the rear of the pool to provide a pleasant backdrop, while screening the cars parked at the lower level.


The pool and spa have been designed to be very easy to operate and keep maintenance to a minimum. Key features in achieving this have been the-

• Hurlcon Genus Automation System
• Rolachem pH and chlorine adjustment system.


The pool and spa also feature dual solar and gas heating systems that will provide all year round heating when required. Anston Sorrento Pavers surround the pool and compliment the mid blue fully tiled interior.


This is a great example of how through clever design, a small outdoor space can be converted into an area that brings year round family enjoyment.
